Welcome to our little island! Situated just 30 minutes by fast ferry from the chaotic concrete jungle called Central on Hong Kong Island, Cheung Chau is our life and our home. We are Peter, Judy, Anais and George (the chihuahua!). This blog is set up primarily for our friends and family, but of course you are also most welcome..... I add photo's on a regular basis, so do come back and visit again. Keep in touch.... it's always good to hear from you!
A freighter beached on Cheung Chau during Typhoon Rose, I think (if you know differently, please do let me know!). The first typhoon of the season (Typhoon Chanchu) appears to be heading straight towards us.... for the latest, click the HK Observatory link
